I also bought one of these DVD players as a gift for my children for Christmas. It worked fine then all of a sudden nothing would work. After a little investigating I found all the bad reports about the company. I tried to contact the company phone and email no longer in service. I went to Walmart and complained - believe it or not they gave me my money back. If you go to Walmart and explain what happened you might get lucky like I did. Good Luck!!!!
