We purchesed a Futura Computer Monitor from FRY'S Electronics, (3035 W. Thunderbird Road Phoenix,AZ 85304),in Sept.,2001; and was given the paperwork to recieve a $40.00 rebate from Likcom.

We sent in the requested paperwork on the following day but have recieved No rebate money, and are having a hard time contacting them. After reading some of the rip-off letters off of the internet, we decided to write to you. Thank You for your help in this matter.
