Panasonic Panasonic Electronics pay top dollar and lose anyway Elk Grove Illinois

well bought anything from Panasonic lately, this is 1 company i wont buy from again . paid $299.00 + tax for a brand new , brand name Pansonic DVD-R VCR DIGITAL TUNER combo well it got about 1 year old and dont ya know the tuner died , hey i had a warranty on it, sent the receipt, owners manual and all , to prove it and the unit all to them like they asked . And today i got a bill for 130.00 to repair my under warranty dvd-r . I called very upset seems they cant find my receipt now , how convenient so will send my unit back un-repaired without my owners manual or receipt, oh yeah the receipt was STAPLED to the cover of the manual so it wouldn't get lost , big book that manual , funny how it cant be found anywhere . i am a disabled man this thing cost me half a months disability check , i got it to avoid the converter box and to be able to do video or dvd . i thought PANASONIC was a reputable company that took care of its loyal customers , this is my 10th or so new Panasonic device over the years. Thank You Panasonic for your loyalty . its no wonder all the japanese and korean electronics companies do so well they build better products and they stand behind what they build , sort of like we used to here in America.
