Two Hispanic men approached me at a  retail outlet saying they were in the area installing home theater systems and they had three extra systems for sell.  They needed to sell them before going back to Amarillo.  Their boss asked them to try to sell them before returning back to Amarillo.  They had a shipping receipt and seem legit.   Got home and the system does not work properly and not all the parts were included in the boxes.  A manual was not included as well.  We got on the web site that it showed on the box.  However, the web site does not offer a phone number and the contact information is not valid.

Silly, you bought merchandise from the back of a truck and expect it to work.  What did you pay?  The MSRP on the P-65 is $5999

Protechniklab is a company, add .com to their name, maybe you can find the manual online.

Your only complaint is against yourself and the "Two Hispanic men" you bought the system from. 

I hope you had enough sense to at least write down their license plate info.
