I purchased two Samsung LCD Monitors, the 2443BW and the 2494HM, both advertised to pivot. The 2443BW was purchased in the first week of January 2009, and the 2494HM was purchased late June 2009.

Neither of these monitors, which are advertised as able to pivot and be used while in pivot mode, actually work while in pivot mode. The screen is unviewable and causes headaches, dizziness, and nausea that lasts for hours.

A Samsung representative promised me two new models over the phone then denied the offer afterwards, and would refuse to send me any email correspondence. I was told that that was at the advice of their legal team. They would have me send both my monitors back to them with no real record of the transaction, meaning they may not exchange or provide a refund to me and just keep my monitors.
