Continental Auto Rescue ripoff fraudulent ripoff business Miami Florida

This company obtained my personal bank information and issued a fraudulent check for some bogus 24-Hour Road Service. I have never heard of this company nor spoke with anyone to authorize a membership with them.

They have a service company which answers the phone and will not give you any information on location or contact persons. They also have a Research Department that must review your claims within 5-7 business days before any contact is made with the consumer to resolve claim. Still waiting.

They charged a fee of $99 without my knowledge and submitted a bogus check to my checking account for these fake services. This is a straight scam. I am still trying to get my money back, have all of my information purged and make sure that this does not happen to anyone else. I also need help in identifying agencies to contact to investigate this company. Any support would be greatly appreciated.
