James Crisman Jim Crisman Hires CRIMINALS and CON ARTISTS to work at his "Fire Department" College park, Maryland

Jim Crisman must either be the worst judge of character or he dosn't care who he entrusts with your safety. I'm referring to none other than the One Man Crime Wave of Maryland, Joseph M Horton. He runs a shady locksmith company on the side called Around The Clock Locksmith out of Pasadena, MD. He is such a crook that he and his company have been BANNED from Ft Meade for cheating and ripping off the servicemen assigned to the base. Can't get much lower? Well JOE CAN !  He NOW has been nailed by the Maryland Attorney General for FRAUD and THEFT! You would think even the Gambino Crime Family would toss someone out of the Mafia for cheating our HEROIC men and women in uniform. Not so with Jimmy Crisman. If nothing else, he is LOYAL to his buddies. His blind loyalty is society's loss and a black eye to the HONEST men and women of the fire service, WORLDWIDE.

This isn't the first time Jimmy has put friendship over INTEGRITY at the Branchville Fire Department. Remember his good friend  Jose Iriarte who is now cooling his heels in a federal prison for stealing OVER $130,000 from the same fire department run by Crisman. At least this time Horton got caught before he could steal even more money than Jose.

So where is Joe Horton now? Yep, STILL riding around in a Branchville Firetruck looking for some valuables to steal when people aren't looking.
