ENTERPRISE CAR RENTAL I rented a car from enterprise, and did not notice and damage under the car at the rare bumper. when I returned the car of course the agent walked directly to the damage and pointed it out. since I was the only driver it was very unlikely that the damage would be caused by me. However Enterprise is filing a false claim to my insurance.That office is run by a group of untrust worthy agents and great care should be taken when renting a car from enterprise. it seems that is how the company go about getting there cars fixed, by having the renters insurance pay for damages that they claim were on the car . Not to mention no one even called to inform me that a claim was filed to my insurance, that is such poor customer service .

This appears to be a very common problem for people who rent from Enterprise. This site is FULL of reports from people whom have been extorted by Enterprise. There used to be a rep from Enterprise on here who would try to "help" people who thought they had been scammed, but apparently the number of complaints was just too much for her/him to handle. All that I can suggest is to keep calling the crooks until you get satisfaction.
