JC Penney Salon The worst experience of my life Nyack New York

UNBELIEVABLE AWFUL, THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.

Do not dare to go to the salon. I went there yesterday ( 05/20/2009 ) and it has been the biggest mistake of my life. First of all, I asked for 2 simple things, HAIR COLORING, and a HAIR CUT. Lorna, the lady who seem to be "the boss" and the "most experienced" was suppossed to take me, but in what it had to be the most weird situation, she told me that somebody else will be able to do it for me, that she was as brilliant as needed, and blah blah, so, wrongfully, I believed. For a price of 100 dollars and assured that the person that will take me will be great for that job, (her name, JENNY) end up being in a TRAINEE SESSION in which I sadly was only the GUINEA PIG. The color was not even, point in case, it was 3 diferent colors, red, my natural dark brown, and then red purple in the ends. It got "fixed" they immediately bleach it and colored it again. It was even but not the color I wanted. And the hair cut I couldn't realize it was wrong, until I got home, (I have curly hair and it's deceiving) and straightened my hair as usual and noticed everything was UNEVEN. It's not even like, a small noticeable cut, but literally left an right side "bangs" do only *NOT* match in length, (by more than 2 inches) but my back side, which is supposed to be a V cut, is more of a sad DISTORTED "U". So please. Just DON'T GO. EVER. Take the advice from someone that is only speaking with the truth and would not like this to happen to anyone else.
