They are nice as ever to get the "sale", then they avoid you when ever they can if you call. Put you off, Never return calls they accept credit card for payment, but hold your deposit/credit(s) until they want to make your refunds via check. They ride on your refund(s) long enough to get them past any terms of credit card dispute agreements. They never sent our credit for the core transmission. You will never speak with accounts payable for your money, they avoid answering the exact question you ask. They look and talk all trusting on the web site and via phone, I wish I never dealt with them at all.
