I worked for these jerks for 6 months and they questioned something I did on a loan per my boss telling me what to do and proceeded to say I know longer have a job. The director never stuck up for me even though I was one of the best bankers. When they fire you &  you have loans that are in your pipeline & ready to close, they proceed to tell you that you will only get $20 to $40 a loan when you should get your $250 to $500. They fire you and then steal your money. It's living hell as your legs are cramped and your shoulders are stiff as you're working in a sweatshop factory dialing leads all day.These scum bags just stole $5000 plus from my family, how is this legal. When I questioned them about this not being in the employee handbook they said they don't mention it because they don't expect to fire anyone. The only people that get help from their directors are the females as directors are always closing their deals for them. Forget any male who needs help. It's true. All the girls who work there as bankers are skanks and are all screwing the directors so they get what you call free cheese$$$$ in the mortgage business. They can demean men,call them any vulgar name and get away with it. When you're done with the training,avg banker life span here is 3 months they tell you to lie on the phone and say you've been doing this based on your age anywhere from 5 to 20 yrs experience or no one will do a loan with you if they know you just started. They charge $8000 to 10000 in closing fees and payout $250 to $500. That's how Dan Gilbert owns the CAVS.Jeff Perry,Mark Mazey, Matt Rogers,Julie Brunt, Gusty Molnar are all scum bags.

Lol, I'm a current employee at Quicken. That Gusty dude has to be the most pathetic director in the place. The girls on his team practically own him. He has not one bit of leadership ability. Do you ever notice how red his nose is? Lol, I wonder what thats attributed to. Seriously though, what is the purpose of Julie Brunt's job? All she does is send out stupid emails saying GOOD JOB, and hands out paychecks. I love how she walks around like shes important, lol lol lol, what a joke she is. There's a life after Quicken Dan, don't let your firing get you down!

And could you tell me why are those women running his team and that office like they have any skills???

I wouldn't say anything about Julie Brunt, she is a nice girl, There are good folks working here(males and females), but I have to agree with those posters...

Something must to be done about these lack of rules here.They make you feel terrible in leaving in a emergency,but doesnt look they care much about some leaders unacepptable, promiscuous behavior. Is disgusting, how can you respect your" superior" if you know she is having something with a married man inside the office?

Is just nasty.I'm a Christian, and love my job.But I feel like if I tell the HR what's going on between some leaders, I can get in trouble...Isn't that crazy? Is just not the right thing, is disrespectful.People talk about it, makes everybody uncomfortable, is a big mess. All those rumours...and they are not just rumours...

Would be great, wake up every morning and use my skills to sell further,deeper and better, without having to deal with a cheap leader, with nothing to teach, share but her disgusting behavior...Is not about your say...Is about what you do...And is everybody sick sick sick...of it. What are we rewarding?I'm sincerely confuse...I don't even think she likes her job at all...

Everything you say is the absolute truth and then some!

I worked for Quicken Loans for almost 6 years.  A rather phenomenal length of time.  Everything you say is the absolute truth.  These people are the biggest scumbags I have ever worked for in my entire 40 year career.  Although they espouse the greatest in customer service, it is quite obvious they talk out of both sides of their ass.  They use and lose the bankers and absolutely keep potential client's good faith money.  When I worked there I held several different positions and got to see the whole picture.  I believe the reason they get away with it is, because like Dan's buddy Kwame', they know how to skirt the law and how to avoid having to answer for all the lowdown, scandalous shit they pull.  They threaten you and make people sign documents when you leave saying you will not go to the press with any information about how this organization runs. If you should go against their instructions, you are threatened with a lawsuit.   I have so much information I kept from day one because I knew immediately this place had totally bad karma.  It is so totally unbelievable to me how they have gotten away with it all this time without ever so much as having to answer.  The leadership, beginning at the top are nothing but a bunch of individuals who are legends in their own minds.  They're all a pompous bunch of asses.  Back when I worked there, and it was when the mortgage boom was rockin', they fed people red bull every afternoon to keep the banker's pumped so they could work until midnight.  Cocaine was the drug of choice for many in leadership roles.  Hey, whatever it took to be able to work 18+ hours a day.  They advocated being married to someone from Quicken and there were many married couples that did work there.  They felt that only someone married to a Quicken employee could understand the lengthy hours required to make the millions you were lead to believe you would make.  These were the most immoral bunch of people I have ever been exposed to in my entire life, and I'm no prude by any means.  The only names in your report that I recognize are Mark Mazey and Jeff Perry.  I actually worked for Mark Mazey for a quick minute.  Bottom line, these are bottom feeders who have sucked the lives right out from under great masses of people by creating the mortgage situation we are in today.  All their fancy loans - NINA - No Income, No Assets needed.  How?  Where were the feds during all this??  Anyway, the bottom line is, Dan Gilbert has a law degree but never took the bar.  Granted he is a very conniving slimy bastard.  After all, he helped bail out Kwame' didn't he.  Nuff said!

Quicken Loans = Fraudulant Scumbags

Unfortunately, your story is all too common.  In my 3+ years at Quicken, i saw several people lose their jobs over the teachings and practices of their Directors/Mentors.  

This company cannot be trusted on any level.  They teach their bankers how best to lie to their prospective clients, how to defame other companies, and lie and cheat each other in every aspect possible.  

They fly through cocaine like any scene in scarface, and even have an entire team within their operations department whose sole purpose is to commit, and cover up evidence of mortgage fraud.  

VP's lure young college girls into shady situations and use their power positions to work their ways into the panties of these women, then spread the rumors around so others know who these girls are, and eventually chase them out.

Seriously, if i had the means, i would spend my life fighting to bring this company, and everything it stands for, down in flames.

You all are telling nothing but the truth about these devils. I've worked for the place for some years and can see from these postings that NOTHING has changed at the old sweatshop. They are still destroying people lifes, customers and employees. We have to stop this maddness. They will have no good luck, people who do evil will oneday have to face God. This site is pretty funny.  You are a bunch of losers with no time on your hands anymore because you couldn't do the job so you got fired.  I have worked at Quicken for 1 year now and have been in the mortgage industry for 18 years.  Nice post buddy.  The side of the story you're not hearing is "dan" whose real name I think is Jay, commited mortgage fraud at the company.  That is the truth.  Then he blamed it on his Director because he is such a "victim."  Every job has people that do drugs and and shady shit, just as Quicken does.  It is a good place to work and the people that are good people, stay there.  The people that aren't get fired and they get what they deserve after awhile anyways, or like you "Dan", they commit mortgage fraud, lie about it, and then go on websites and cry like a baby about it.

Go back to your 80 hours a week, and NO banker makes 100k/yr those days are long gone bud. Stop blowing smoke up our a$$. You will be lucky to hit 60k that's working 90 hours a week, NO DAYS OFF (Unless your near death).
