Let's. Start here. Just about 2 weeks ago a RCH cable employee was working on the cable in the yard accross from my house. The truck he was in had no markings saying he was a cable employee. He became very rude and to top it all off pulled a screwdriver on me. RCH is saying it did not happen even after I gave them the police report number. They are not standing by customers when there having problems with employees and the employee has threatened a customer. They do not want to pay out what they bond employees for. RCH cable is a scam company that will not stand by there work or empolyees.
