3D DISTRIBUTION is the worst company in existance. I finally quit after about 2 years of hell with this company where I was a Sales Account Manager for British Columbia and the Lower Mainland.

This company has the worst track record with their main corporate counterpart "Red Bull Canada", but because they are grandfathered in to a contract for distribution, Red Bull has yet to fire them.

This company has the worst turnover rate I have ever seen. In the 2 years I was there, I saw over 40 people hired, fired, quit, or generally just stop showing up. This included all members of management, district managers, general managers, reps, and even "free" employees they bribed into working SLAVE like hours for no pay. If they offer to have you TRY the company out, I suggest you turn and run the other way... YOU WILL NOT BE PAID.

This company will hire you, force you to do tons of work for them, then fire you without any reason. I personally saw this over 10 times during my employement there... They then hire new employees at a brutal salary which amounts to be about $6.00 an hour.. Fun!

As for ripping off employees? How about making your employees pay for out of date product which didn't sell in the field because overall sales are down largely over last year.. Check! How about promising attainable sales Bonuses which mysteriously disappear.. Check! How about failing to pay for company expenses such as repairs to vehicles.. Check! how about making you work 11 hour days, then getting written up for bullshit reasons... Check! Sound like fun?

I have had many jobs in sales, and other industries, and 3D Distirbution (Jake Dadam, OWNER, and Jesse Salhas, General Manager) are the worst company I have ever heard of in my 35 years of life.

How can a company be so messed up? The answer is simple, the owner is a uneducated American dumb ass who hires his buddies to try to run a million dollar company off his dad's dime.

Red Bull, do everyone a favor and drop 3D Distribution from the radar to save face, and to save yourself from ultimately losing all sales in the West.
