Avanti Soft Labs/ mikhail Evtushenko offering job of financial manager Moscow Russian Federation

I have my resume on some websites. I was contacted by this individual offering job of financial manager. Job consists of opening bank account so "you can accept peoples payments for software" Then you're supposed to withdraw the money and send it via moneygram to Russia. In return you're supposed to be paid 48,000 a year and 50 bucks per completed transaction. Payment to you is once a month plus reimbursement for each moneygram.
I've gone so far as to get an employment agreement from them. But I'm still concerned it's either a money laundering ploy or a big ripoff of some kind. You know it's way to good to be true.
