Have not been paid in two weeks. Finished all of my training and have been working hard. If I am not paid this week, I am taking the bus home and will file a complaint with the labor board. I also have a good friend who is an anchor lady with the local news. She will love this story, especially since I am a veteran. For all of you who are looking for a legitimate job, get your CDL through your technical school.
I am out 3 grand for their insane tuition. What a huge scam and rip-off. What goes around, comes around.

First, do not quit...you are risking numerous untold issues if you quit with no warning. The company most likely will place on your DAC report (also known as HireRight) that you either abandoned your load/vehicle or quit under dispatch. This is one of the worst marks any driver can have on their record...right up there as a roll-over preventable accident. I know you are burned out but "DON'T DO IT".
Go in to the payroll department at C.R. England and find out what is the issue about not being paid on-time. Maybe you didn't understand that they hold your first paycheck a week or two back (like a security deposit of some sort). Or maybe there is a paperwork issue (either on your end or there's). If you don't have all your paperwork filled out correctly or logs turned in, most companies will not pay you for those loads till the paperwork is completed correctly or turned in.
If that isn't the problem, then talk with your travel agent (dispatcher). This person is your first contact if you have any issues. This person can either look into the reason why your haven't been paid yet or atleast point you in the right direction of who you need to talk with.
Trust me I have been a driver for over 19 years and C.R. England is a very large company. It is very possible that your paperwork was misplaced or being credited to an other driver. Before you blow off the handle, please talk with the company and work with them. Most likely its some minor error or either side and can be corrected with a chat with your dispatcher or the payroll department.
As for the $3k in tuition costs...that is very normal for both in-house training or at a technical college. So just relax and trust me...this is a very simple error that can be resolved. Just talk to your dispatcher first and let that person know what is going on and ask for their help or who you need to talk with first.
