Fred Simon, President of The Amusement Factory, now a division of COINSTAR, INC., is a little 60 something OLD effeminate man, with 1960's "Woodstock" long hair and a short explosive legendary temper.

Simon is abusive to employees, particularly female employees, who he mistreats with impunity.

Fred Simon refers to them as “stupid". "Morons" "dummies" and "cunts".

To be fair, Fred Simon is an EQUAL OPPORTUNITY ABUSER, as he humiliates, employees of both genders, with ugly, deprecating language, using his advantage as the employer to intimidate and control folks in his employ.

Fred Simon is a corrupt little man with beady eyes and a BIG mouth.

One of Fred Simon's former employees, a Senior VP, a highly educated, experienced man, with impeccable credentials said, "Fred Simon is the most corrupt, vile and miserable businessman I have ever met"

Fred Simon loves to refer to his employees as ""STUPID"...Most everybody who has worked for him has felt his wrath...however, like ALL bullies, especially Little Fred with the "little man complex" Fred is a COWARD, and acts totally different to HIS bosses....It's actually funny how he kisses their ass.

Speaking of "STUPID"...FRED SIMON made a bumbling blunder which still reverberates in the annals of vending history.
Fred Simon, single-handedly, negotiated what is now known as “THE DUMBEST DEAL IN VENDING HISTORY"

Fred Simon, unilaterally, made a deal with a large grocery chain to place vending machines in their numerous locations.
Fred Simon offered them an unconditional monthly GUARANTEE of a ridiculous and unrealistic amount of revenue with NO restrictions...

.Soon after Fred Simon inked this insane deal...there was a MAJOR labor strike, which decimated sales, and left FRED SIMON with NO revenue, and a BIG monthly commitment..

The Little man was frenzied. and hysterical.

Fred Simon tried to find a scapegoat, on whom to place the blame of this colossal blunder.
Try as he could to renege on the deal, beg his way out….. Fred Simon was just like the guy playing “Musical Chairs”…poor Fred was the disgraced FOOL who couldn't find a seat, and was out of the game.
