I needed to cancel "GoFreelancer"'s service. I had a modem that died on me during their "7 day trial period". So far, nothing, no contact, no refund, no nothing. They are stating that after a month, I will owe them 50.00. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to contact them, and their way of telling you to cancel throuigh Pay Pal is totally incorrect, you can't even get to their cancellation page, it won't allow you to get there. If they try to take the $50.00 I'll let them know that I'll have attorneys all over them. (If I can of course even get through to them, no luck so far).

I needed to cancel "GoFreelancer"s service. I had a modem that failed within their "7 day trial period". So far, no contact, no refund, no nothing. They make it impossible to get to their cancellation page. They are telling me that after a month, I will owe them $50.00. Someone somehow needs to find a way to get to these people. I went to their page for their "help desk", and got no-where. They did however have an address listed, which is: GoFreelance/Platinum Internet, 2.25( or 225, not sure, looks like 2.25) The Platinum Building, 4 Ilya Avenue, Erina, Australia. Additionally, there are two other #'s that were included, and they were: ABN 48 099 129 423 the other is Ph (Phone # supposedly) 44 02032868746 . How true and accurate this info is, is anyone's guess. Hopefully someone can put a stop to this, they are preying on those of us who need jobs here in the US, you spend a buck or two expecting to find some legit work, and so far I've gotten nothing but the runaround.
