A man call me today named James Green who did not identify where he was calling from. He just started telling me that a mistake was made and we did not get a 30 day written notice advising us of a price increase for our copier toner. He said we have been paying $349.00 and the price increase went up to $399.00. He said he talked to his manager and we shouldn't have to pay for their mistake. He had me give him the model of our copier and confirmed our address and fax #. He said they will honor our price for the next 12 months at $349.00. He said a lady named Jennifer will be calling from their office to confirm the order and she will be faxing us a confirmation for the order which I need to sign and fax back. When I talked to my boss she informed me that the toner is free as part of our service contract with the copier company. We do not do business Hill Office Supply!! Jennifer proceeds to call and when I advised her of this information she totally hung up on me!! How unprofessional! Employers please be careful...advise anyone who may answer the phone of this scam. James acts like your company already does business with them, he is a fast talker and very charming over the phone. This is a total scam!!
