Impact Resource Group / National Vendor Service Non Compete Clause Mooresville North Carolina

I have been terminated from another merchandising company due to an alleged form signed that contained a non compete clause. I never signed one that I can recall and neither company has produced one to show me that I had. I was terminated by email because of a threat from one company to the other concerning my working for them based upon their allegations of the non compete clause. Now I am unemployed and can't find work, in my area, in my choosen profession because of this. This was a widespread situation involving more people than just me, some of whom probably did sign that form. However, I did not and was still terminated based on the allegation that I had signed one.
