Impact Resource Group Rip off, Scam, Scammers, pay Irving Texas

I only worked for impact resource group for around 4 months, and found out quickly that they tell the store one thing, and the employee another. they also dont pay mileage/drive time like they say. they clouded my judgment and got me to keep working for them for a while.

over a week ago i quit my job with them over a misunderstanding. my service coordinator told me i had labor day off, so i went back to bed. the store i was supposed to be working at got my personal phone number from my DM and called me screaming at me, and asking why i wasnt there.

i called my DM, and asked why the store had called me. she said i was supposed to be at work at 9am. i told her what my SC had said that morning, and she didnt believe me or something, and told me i wasnt working for a week. so a couple days go by, and i get an $11 2 week pay check.

i quit my job, and i still havent seen a penny, i know in my state they have 5 days after an unnoticed willful termination of employment (quitting with less than 48 hours notice)to pay all owed monies in full to the ex-employee. its been over a week now.

my DM seems to think i didnt mail some worksheets in, and they supposedly havent recieved them. but half of the claimed "missing" worksheets were mailed with ones that have been scanned and are showing on the company website.

they also knowingly sent me to stores that had no work for me, and wasted my gas. im now in a position where i have another job lined up, and will hopefully start work by next week, because we have bills to pay, and i dont know if i'll see my final check any time soon.
