I used Instance Tax Services and applied for a RAL Loan 12-48 hours. That was a week ago. Not only did I pay for the RAL service I had to pay for the tax preparation and a bank fee. I tried calling numerous times and got an out of service number. Not only for Dorchester but for Quincy and Brockton as well. For the amount of time waiting for my RAL refund I could have gone straight with IRS forms online. I do not recommend this service to anyone wanting a rapid refund cuz all your going to get is the rapid run around.
