Jeanne Nelson hired me September 29, 2009. She hired me as a w-2 employee, offered me benefits and everything. I should of know it was too good to be true. Her site www.360onlinetours.com had some problems. Her last programmer deleted a lot of content out of her site. She told me she wired him 11,000 and he took the money and ran. She sounded so sincere and legitimate . After 3 weeks I asked her when I was going to be paid. She said she mailed me out a check. It never showed up. I worked 40-50 hour work weeks for her. She was calling me constantly wanting me to perform tasks for her including calling Godaddy. After a week she over nighted me a check and I received it on October 31, 2009 It was a personal check in the name of Lauren Moe. She said it was an employee and her account was messed up because of MLS fines. I should of been smarter than this but I was desperate to receive my money. I worked for her for a month and had no other income. My company shut down in August and was living off my savings. The check bounced a week later and she promised to paypal me the money and for the fees the bank was charging me. I gave her a week. She will not pay me and even told me in an email that she was going to get away with it. Well that is what she thinks. She is in the state of Minnesota and I'm in WV. I think she assumed I was far enough away but I have talked with State Police and they will bring her here. I put this report up to warn anyone else. So far she has ripped of 2 people I'm sure of. I know she will try and hire someone else and I hope they find this report. Since investigating her she is on probation for fraud and writing bad checks. She also sent me a check from her daughter's friend! Do not work for this woman!!! She will not pay you.
