I worked for K & B for almost two years. I did not encounter any problems until Dean in Rochelle got upset over a load. I have been driving for over fourteen years. The problem I had a load that Picked up tuesday night and didn't deliver until wednesday night night three hundred miles away. Knowing I had plenty of time I picked up the load wednesdy morning.

I still had time to deliver this load on time but since i didn' pick it up when they said they got all upset and put me back on the midwest dedicated fleet.
Once on this fleet the dispatchers would make you run over your hours and if you said anything about it the would try to make you redo your logs so you could make it.

This company does not care for drivers or if you follow the hours of service as long as you get the load there and not complain. The dispatchers and planners don't worry about the fact the driver has to plan his trip in according to where he can find a place to park, traffic conditions or where to fuel. All they care about is what the computer says and that is the time they give you to make the trip. All I am saying is that they don't let the driver have any imput on the load plan concerning delivery time. Every load they give you has a delivery time even before the load is pick up.
