I advise everyone to stay away from this company if you want a career.
When I joined them I was enticed by their garenteed 1950 miles payed no matter what. And anything over that is bonus miles. That was great but they keep you right at 1950 miles a week no more. You bring home a total of $200.00 a week no more. I had to take a couple days off for Doctor & Hospital appointments.They led me to belive I had a job when I came back. They had someone come and pick up the truck and told me they would bring me back to Sioux City when the doctor released me.
When I was released they gave me the run around and finally told me I was fired. Then they totally trashed my DAC report. Said I Abandoned the truck. Violated company policy for quitting. On and On. Well now I can't get DAC to remove the bogus information K & B put on my DAC and I can't get a job. My career is over

this is for everyone that has had problems with this company destroying your DAC report the first thing to do is make sure you have all of your necessary paperwork pertaining to anything they make you sign. second make sure if you are going to do anything against the rules make double sure that you put it on the qualcomm and you write down for your personal records the time and date that you sent the message over the qualcomm. do not call them on the phone because if that is the only proof you got it is your word against theirs and they are not going to believe you
I went through this same problem. i went to work for this company and when K&B sent back the drug and alcohol release back everything was good. i went to another division with the same company a month later then all of a sudden my drug and alcohol release said that i told the person that took me to the bus station that i smoked pot. when i called K&B about this they were upset that i had went on rip-off report so they were going to try and blackball me. with me having all the paperwork that i had they had to resend a correct report to my company. i don't kn ow if anyone in the upper office know what the recruiters are doing but they need to stop this because two wrongs don't make a right. just because K&B don't want a a driver back doesn't mean that they should try and ruin a drivers career

I worked for K & B back in 2006, and they also tried to stop me from driving again.
But it did them no good.
My situation was that I was on vacation, my first year vacation, so when I was ready to go back to work, guess what, NO TRUCK.
I too called, and they told me they thought I had quit, so they came and took the truck, I said excuss me.
Well, needless to say, I went to work for some one else, before the DAC report was put into effect.

i keep seeing these same comments from years after it had happened to me . and still nothing done about it they are still finding suckers to work for them and screwing americans.
