really? did i almost just fall for ANOTHER bullsh*t scam. wooooooow

i saw the posting on CL and thought it'd be a good opportunity. i send them my resume and within a couple of hours i get a phone call saying that the manager liked my resume and wanted me to come in for an interview. i was shocked at the immediate response since:

1. they posted this on CL so i know they got hundreds and hundreds of responses.
2. they were able to go though all the resumes and the manager(or whoever), Shawn Vernon, had time to look at mine.
3. i have NO marketing experiance and im 19...

it was a long shot for me too apply in the first place but it was worth the try since i NEED a job ASAP.

i asked the trick(yes, that lying ass hoe that calls you) for a website. she gives me www.lamarketingfirm.com. ok, so i go there.....the site is a free flash template site with the same old stock photography they give you. i know because im into graphic and web design and ive seen it before. this whack ass company couldnt even pay to have their own custom site???? a quality website is essential in 2009...come on now. get with it.

i ignored it and figured it was a new company, but i remembered they said they have different branches so they must me making some kind of dough.

something wasnt sitting right with me so i hit up google and wat do i find!? hallelujah! ripoffreport.com to save the day. and my 8:45am appointment in the morning.

looks like its back to hitting the pavement with my resume....

F*CK i thought i found the right job that would help me with rent and college.
