MANPOWER ripoff Negative Comments in Their Database - Protects Companies - Not Employees Tempe Arizona

I was dismissed from my Temp-To-Hire position, and the reason given was a fabricated lie and Manpower refused to research for the truth because the company was one of their best clients. Consequently, they entered negative comments in their database preventing me from being sent on good positions available. Reason for dismissal: Bad Work Performance. I was one week away from meeting there 90 days requirement for direct hire.

I have been working for 30 years in every industry you can imagine and never been accused of "Bad Work Performance", nor have I ever been fired from a job. I had none of these issues until I relocated to Phoenix, Arizona. I wrote to their corporate office who turned around and sent my complaint to the very office that put me in this situation to begin with.

The new Branch Manager called me todat and basically defended the employee who had input this information and rejected my request to remove the negative comments from my file and said, she could send my on very short term assignments to prove myself.

The reason I was let go by the company was at the request of my principle whom had ask me to lunch 4 days previously, and while at lunch ask if we could get together in the evening for dinner. I told him I did not date my employer or people whom I worked with. Four days later, I was asked not to return to the company for the reason given above. It seems in the New Mmillennium its all about me, and greed. People don't care who's life they mess up by thinking of themselves and agencies only care about sucking up to Big Corporations at the cost of the hard working, dedicated contract employee who takes all kinds of abuse and dirty work to make a dollar.

I want other employees out there to know what they are dealing with while working as a temporary, temp-to-hire employee. No one is going to back you up...
