Marie Weingardt, owner and CEO of Servpro of NE Albuquerque, NM and Optima Consulting Group refused to mail/send/give me my final check after I left her company. While there, she refused to let anyone use direct deposit; she personally writes checks for all the employees and 3 separate times my check was refused to be cashed at her bank because her account was overdrawn. I had to wait over a week to try and re-deposit one of them. Marie lives in a multi-million dollar home she built herself while her employees make barely over minimum wage.
