I am just so tired of working my butt off for a boss that doesn't appreciate her workers enough to give them a 5 minute break after working a 10 hour shift, nonstop running! This little lady, who curses like a sailor demands and pushes her employees ti work like there is no tomorrow, for $2 hr. I know the GA law requires employers to give a 15 minute break on a 4 hour shift, and a 30 minute lunch break for working a 6 hour shift and so on. I speak for every person in this restaurant when I say, we get NO break, NO lunch, nothing. Every weekend we open for lunch at 11 am, and close at 11:30 pm, working the entire day/night with no rest at all. How can a business get away with this? This isn't the only law she is breaking, but, I am not able to give any more information in risk of losing my job. I just believe we would give better service if we had a break once in a while.
