Pilot Travel Centers LLC Unfair to employees Knoxville Tennessee

Ok i am putting this on here to tell you all how rediculous Pilot Travel Centers realy is to it's employees. I started in October of 2008 and by January of 2009 I was made a shift supervisor or shift lead whatever they would like to call it. The General Manager told e that they would train me to be able to do the things of an Assisstant Manager. This I was okay with, but two weeks later they brought in an Assisstant Manager and i was kicked to the side and was only able to run a shift without any real training maybe once a month and that was only when they had to because a manager would go on a small vacation or needed a day off. The manager that they had brought in, annoying as he was, had only worked for the company for only four months and was hired in as a manager. He had been transferred from four other stores because he wasn't capable of being a manager at those stores. Mow they have done it to another employee that i work with. She had started maybe two months before i did except she was hired in at another store. Two weeks ago they made her a shift lead just like they did to me and basically promised her the same thing. Today they brought in a brand new manager that had never worked for the company and is being trained on how to do his job by other employes not managers and not coming in from the basement like i did. he is being trained on how to run registers and the other things that a regular employee has to learn. I can almost guarantee that they promised him the same thing that they promise all people that they hire in as managers. Pilot promises anyone that they hire in as a manager thier own store in six months but they never get it. I think pilot should be making thier regular employees managers they should be promoting from within but because they are too cheap to do it the regular employees have to suffer.
