Pizza Hut Thomson & Brock Mang ripoff Daleville Alabama

Ok the pizza hut here in Daleville is Managed by a woman who will break every rule there is to cover her a**.

Her name is Terry Bass. I worked for her and so did my boyfriend and his sister. ( All in the same store.) Ok my boyfrineds sister worked there befor we did she started back in May of this year. In less then a month she had the postion of " Team Leader" but was told she didn't not have the power to hire or fire anyone by Terry,well she had a bunch of trouble with poeple on her team and she wrote them up and everything that Terry told her to do and Terry would not do anything about it.

Well at this time she had a GM named Tim, well he came in and Hope(my boyfrineds sister) started telling everything that Terry was doing and he told her that she did have the right to hire or fire. Well Hope called me and was asking if I knew anyone looking for a job and I said yes that I was and she told me to come fill out a app.

Well I did Terry had a sign up for cooks, drivers, waitresses so I put down Server/Cook. My app sat for over 2 weeks befor I went back up there to find out what was going on. Well needless to say Terry had never sent in my app to the main office Hope tells me this and she told me to talk to Tim. Well I talked to him and he went and got my app from Terry and her excuse for not calling me was that I was related to Hope.

Well Tim told her that didnt count and hired my and told me that I would be getting a call from Terry. Well she called me and I started work. I was the only cook from 3 to close. I was trained one night and put on the floor as a cook after that by my self to train other cooks. Terry would come in and hire people that she knew would not stay or work.

Well I told her after about a month and a half later that I need some help and she asked me if I knew anyone that would work and I told her yes and I called my friend up and she came to work with me. Terry had me train her and another cook at the same time.

Well I was the only cook working one night because the other cook quit and my friend was working her other job. So Terry tells me that I could have my boyfriend come in and help me close if I wanted to. Well he did well the next night his sister was working and he came in to help close and Terry threated to fire us for letting him in after hours. She said we where not allowed to have anyone in the store that did not work there.

Well my boyfriend came to work there with me and his sister all on the same shift. well about a week after he started my hours got cut from over 27 to 14.He was to have 34 hours and my friend was too. No big deal well we would go in to work at our time to and get told that we could not clock in until they told us to, but we could not leave incase they needed us.

Well the frist night I sat there at a table for 3 hours after I was to clock in waiting to clock in befor I was able to. My friend sat there for 4 hours and my boyfriend sat there for 3 1/2 hours befor he could clock in. I was to close that night there was no prep done by first shift but I had to make sure they had enough for them. I had to go into the walk in cooler and change dates on food so they thought I changed it if they came and did a pop inspection. Well that night I was there until 3 a.m. tring to get everything done that Terry had left on a list for me.Well when I got my first check I got paid for 2 hours of overtime at 5.97 a hour.

Well needless to say Me, My boyfriend or his sister don't work there anymore. Oh yeah the big was when Terry started telling that Hope was going out with and her husband and they where going to be doing some "COKE" that night. Mind you to Terry is also a Bus Drive for the city of Daleville.
