I'm curious about something. When you were getting paid, was it on a personal check or a company check?

The leadoff report on this thread rang a bell in my head as something seemed familiar.

Go to the report dated 6/11/2006 (it's the second report posted on the thread dated 4/24/2003 which has the title:

"Primerica Financial Services ripoff thieves abused & mistreated Long Beach Torrance SouthBay LosAngles California *UPDATE Employee ..inside information ..Response to Primerica Employment Attacks").

The following paragraph is interesting:

"So with this said, my name is George B, I live in Miami, Florida, and work for a Primerica Regional Vice President whose office is in 4801 S. University Drive, Davie, FL 33328. Their name is Cary & Patricia. I'm their office manager. I have no license with primerica, and only get paid $13.00 per hour, to manage their office. I will be however be joining primerica in the next few weeks, why? Becuase I have seen how much money they make, they treat me better than any other employer, and have been to the homes of almost all the sales reps, and thier homes are the biggest I've ever seen."

What makes this confusing is that there were two office managers at the same time as the reports show. The reports also contrast sharply as one poster was happy working for his bosses and the
other wasn't.

Would anyone like to comment?

I think that what's happening here is fairly obvious.

A few months ago, our reporter was an excited potential PFS agent. He convinced himself, with the assistance of a little bit of deception and brainwashing, that Primerica was exactly the opportunity it is touted to be.

Now, three months later, the fog is clearing and he is seeing Primerica for what it really is.

I would imagine that three months is probably about how long it takes for most recruits to figure out what's really going on.

As I said in the report I filled here is not to attack or report Primerica Abuse, but abuse of a primerica representative., I do believe that becuase my RVP whow as also my supervisor got so much money, it just went up her ass, and she lost her brian. In life I've met many people who are super rich, and forget that the rest of us are humans and have feelings too. I beleive primerica missions is to do good. However I do agree that most reps are not interested in doing any good, and just want to profit from what ever means they can. But agian lets make sure we separate the employees (reps) from the actual mother company. Its impossible for headqaurter to monitor over 1,000,000 reps at any given time.

However I still plan on getting my insurance license in the near future. And if things dont workout with Primerica than I'll just go work for another competitor.

And to answer the question above, yes it was a company check, however in Florida stop payments are allowed on some checks. But she did violate the contract and employment laws of the state. And therefore she will pay a very big punishment in our judicial system sooner than she imagines.

Strange things are going on in connection with Crimerica in Miami.

I already pointed out about the reports indicating there are two office managers in Miami at the same time. Now Jorge's latest report raises more questions.

The report of 6/11/2006 was signed off by a Jorge
(even though he said his name was George B.). Can this be the same Jorge who posted 9/29/2006?

On 7/20/2006 this is what Jorge says:

"Yes you are right Cary & Patricia are the ones who pay me, not ________."

Compare with what Jorge says in his 9/29/2006 report:

"And to answer the question above, yes it was a company check...." Confusing, isn't it?

Overall I believe it's the same person who filed all of the reports. I also believe that Jorge is trying to dupe visitors to this website by making
believe he's getting mistreated and also making believe he doesn't work for Crimerica direct when I believe he does based on his affection for Crimerica and the fact that Crimerica doesn't pay a salary, only commissions.

All I can say, Jorge, is try, try very hard to have a happy life at Crimerica.

It seems there are some confusion by some of our readers. The person making this report is myself Jorge or George or how ever you want to call me. If I'm typing using the keyboard I write Jorge, if I'm using my microphone to dictate the computers spells out "George".

Regardless I have no intentions of defending primerica, or any company or individuals I've ever worked for.

However lets make sure everyone understands what I'm trying to say in this website, and whom I'm accusing of being a piece of crap.

All primerica RVP's and above are required to have offices and are incorporated with a name of the RVP's choosing. It could be ABC company, however they do business using Primerica's name. Its called a DBA account or DBA incorporation depending on your state.

This is done so because the RVP and above need to assume all the bills such as rent, utilities, and need to pay an office manager and secretary out thier own pockets, So they incorporate to lessen their tax burden and reduce personal liablity. So when a person like me was hired by an RVP to manage their office, we are paid with a company check not from Primerica but from the corporation in which the RVP owns. I dont know if primerica is a franchise or not, but at least this is how every single franchse in USA works, including some insurance companies, fast food places, etc.

Primerica only pays commissions to its licensed reps for products or services or what ever they are called that they sell to clients. These commissions checks come directly from the Primerica Georgia office. No officer manager is ever paid by Primerica.


I'm not a licensed rep with primerica or any insurance company what so ever. Personally I believe in making money by any means neccessary as long as it legal. Would not care if it was convincing people to buy a $1 million


bag of dirt. However I do admit that when I first started working for the above office it seemed very nice and respectful people. After about 4 weeks everything changed , and thier true faces came to light.

Is primerica the best opportunity in the world or not I dont know until I personally get licensed and try it. Maybe other companies pay more. And maybe some people like to work salaries and others make a killing working out of commissions only.

I do not feel passionate for any company including primerica. Nor am I trying to defend primerica for anything its accuse of doing in this site by other people.

As I said in my orginal post, it was a warning to anyone who gets an employment offer to work for Cary & Patricia. In my opinion and from my personal experiance these are the worst people you can ever work for. Even if they were in the business of selling cookies, instead of insurance still would not work for them.

Regardless how they made thier money with primerica or not, it just went up thier ass, and they forget that the rest of us are people and have feelings too.



And lastly just want to say a word of advise, no rich major corporation ever made money and became famous by helping people. Instead they ripped all of us middle class americans of the little we had.I personally could care less what primerica does if its moral or not, as long as its legal, if I can make money I try my hardest if not I look for another company that can make me money.

But do stop accusing my post of defending primerica or feeling passionate for them. I could care less if they closed thier doors right now. Other opportunities will always come my way.

I will start anew. I'm sorry to hear about your mistreatment by your supervisors. Since this is the land of opportunity, I'm sure you'll make out somewheres else.

You've made this statement, "Is __________ the best opportunity in the world or not I dont know until I personally get licensed and try it." What's your reaction to all of the other reports people have posted here on Crimerica? (now over 500 threads with thousands of reports).

My belief which is shared by many others is simply that Crimerica is rotten to the core and will remain so due to the greed of the fat cats.

I do take exception to the following statement you made: "...no rich major corporation ever made money and became famous by helping people." So you
don't find that car you drive around helpful? (e.g.). That's why we have competition to make companies more subservient to the people (if a company should ever become a monopoly, then we have the US government to right things as they did
with Standard Oil and AT&T).

Well I want to say that I'm very disapointed with the way Primerica Headquarters has handled the situation with the above reported RVP. I reported all the violations that this RVP was doing, however after almost 3 months, of contact with the Primerica Attorneys, from the Office of General Counsel, it seems that they have not done much to reprimand or fine the. I had put my own civil case on hold, pending thier information and investigation of the matter. However it seems that they are are just try to waste time, so that the statute of limitations runs out. However as a law student myself, I already know what steps to take. Thank god for the great lawyers that have trained me, and for those who are now quitely representing me.

Once my legal attacks begin they wont know what hit them.

However I'm glad to report to those who had a concern about my situation. That only 3 months after being hired to work for one of the biggest security firms in the nation, I've been promoted to supervisor, and currently in charge of 60 employees who are protecting one of the nations biggest airport. I guess my previous boss Patricia, failed to see how much I was truly worth, and how valuble I really was.

But as I said in the above posts, when people make so much money, it just goes up thier ass, and they forget how to treat others with respect and professionalism. However you might be surprised to know, that for some odd reason, she did mail me a new check to replace the final pay-check which she had put a stop payment on. I guess she was forced by Primerica attorneys. Or maybe she thought that the money was going to keep me quite. However money will not stop me from closing down her business, and de-commissioning her licenses, for all the violations and abuses which she has committed.

She would be surprised to know that I have both audio and video tapes of her actions,and will soon be posting them in the internet, so the whole world can see what a crazy person she really is. What really surprised me was than when I contacted her previous office managers, two of which were abused more than me, from what I heard. Are not only willing to join my law suit, but also one of them has audio recordings of much better quality and more amount of hours than I do. It shocked me to hear the things this RVP would say to her employees, regarding her clients, and how nasty she would curse and verbally abuse her office managers. It seems others were abused much more than I was.

However my bigest shock is how the Primerica Home Office, has fialed to keep me updated on their suppose investigation, and has not even done anything to my knowledge to protect the clients, and investigate all the fradulent actions in which Patricia participated.

So as my original post stated, Beware of Patricia. Both as a client and employee dont ever do business with her.

(Lastly this is my opinion and personal experiance of Patricia, if others who know her have anything good to say, or can prove contrary to my compliants, then I welcome you to use the rebutal on this site, and post your comments & experiances.)
