EVERYONE THAT HAS BEEN SCAMMED NEEDS TO A) FILE A REPORT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, B) FILE A REPORT WITH THE FBI TELLING THEM EVERYTHING YOU KNOW
This scam has spanned across enough states and affected enough people and involved enough money that if they find who the perpetrator is, we can file for a class action lawsuit.
Interestingly enough i googled the company's "address" and the name James Denlinger popped up...he went to jail for several internet scams in the 90's and guess what, HES OUT OF JAIL NOW...i wonder if theres a connection...
also apparently the "owner" of the company is named Lucas Beddows...if you facebook him he is also based in san diego california
i also googled the names of several of the contact people from this company including Hilary Troutman and Emily peot and they both ran Marathons in Pacific Beach CA....so it looks like this operation is taking place there...
PLEASE PLEASE...if you want your money TAKE ACTION...the FBI will only get involved if enough people complain....

Once again, completely false information is being reported.
First, no one named James Denlinger has ever been affiliated with the company.
Second, the company iw owned by a corporation, not individuals, including Hilary, Emily, Lucas or anyone else mentioned in this report. Hence, they are not responsible for any any individual issues with Promo Models. They are simply employees or partners who have worked with Promo Models.
Promo Models is trying to catch up with any late payments, but the constant attacks on the Internet is causing extreme difficulty in conducting business, so please be patient as they are trying to reorganize.

You claim it is owned by a Corporation, then who is it owned by?
Also, why dont you hire more employees if you are so far behind? Obviously, you are continuing to take new jobs from clients and hiring new models. Shouldnt your concern be satisfying the people you owe money to first, before you begin taking new jobs?
Are your clients aware that the majority of your models have not been paid, even though your agreements states that they will be paid in 90 days?

I am totally taking my claim to the FBI as well! I have not been paid eitheir. We need to all talk to the FBI, I know some other girls as well who have been given fake checks! can you believe it!!! Do not believe this guy.
