Promomodels.com - Promo Models Have not paid for work performed in July 2009 Internet

I worked two promotional events as an independent contractor for PromoModels.com in July 2009 on July 17th and July 31st.  The pay for each night was $50 for 2 1/2 hours of work.  On August 18th, Promomodels.com sent me an email requesting the dates of when I worked, where I worked, with whom, etc.  The email stated that they needed this information in order to pay us.  I submitted that info.  Subsequent to that, I have called and emailed Kelly and Emily with Promomodels.com numerous times.  Neither Kelly nor Emily have returned any of my calls or emails.  It is now well over the 90 days that companies have by law to pay their contractors.
