Quicken suckered yet another person into their web of crap. The management for the most part is a joke. They lead by threats and walk around like selling a mortgage is like taking candy from a baby. If its so easy, why dont they pick up the damn phone and show us how its done.

They assume every consumer is a moron and will do whatever we say when in all actuality anyone with half a brain will read right through their garbage and hang up on them...

A message for the 'hierarchy' in the cleveland webcenter: I'm more educated than you and have bills to pay so... don't treat me like a little kid and talk to me like I'm a retard. We also can read through your propaganda bullshit and refuse to be brainwashed like so many of the early 20 something kids that have no education and know nothing else so they cant quit.
