"Our company complies with all State and Federal laws, including all Wage and Hour regulations regarding hours worked, breaks, and overtime." -Laura Coon

The part about complying with breaks is untrue. I drove a route for Ron Tonkin Parts Center for a few months and their was never any time to take a break. The heads are/were quite aware that they are/were breaking the law, infact they were quite frank about it. I worked 3 months without a single break. (there were 2 occasions where i stopped for an unpaid lunch. Once to eat, the other time i was feeling ill.)

It doesnt seem like much 10 minutes here. 10 minutes there. all those minutes equals out to about 80 hours of unpaid work per year per employee who works under those conditions.
