I responded to an add on craigslist, for a driver to transport workmans comp claimants to thier medical appts, i provided transportation 12 times from 10/31/08 to 11/26/08, and have not received payment for services rendered, they have given me lie after lie, excuse after excuse, about paying me, but no check, i have filed a claim with the calif. labor commission, & they assured me that they will enforce payment of wages owed me, as well as assess penalties for late payment, if you have been a victim of rx medco, i encourage you, to file a claim with your local labor commission, they have the authority to enforce all labor laws, warnning, if you work for rx medco, expect to have to file a claim to be paid.
