SHOWTIME LLC. ripoff Northglenn, Colorado

At this time I would like to make a complaint about a vendor located at Bj's wholesale club, They have been going from Location to Location promoting Uncle Dougie?s Deli Spreads. Andre?s Crackers and also Tortillas

Saturday April 10, 2004 we were hired to be a representative on behalf of the RoadShow, which goes Under ?SHOWTIME LLC? promoting the above products. We were scheduled to work 12 hour days from Monday April 12, 2004 until April 18, 2004. We were promised by Sandra Zanini (Tele# 305-303-4563) to be paid $10.00 Per Hour while we worked on this project.

We were also advised we would be paid $200.00 (Two Hundred Dollar) advancement by Bob (Robert E.) and Sheila (The owners of the SHOWTIME) by Friday 4/16/2004 which would arrive by Federal Express on that day but did not show up until the following Monday after several complaints to the owners. We also were promised the remaining within one week of that period which we still have not received.

Tuesday 4/27/2004 and I have left 4 messages on
Bob?s voicemail asking him where our money is and called the Toll Free number to only get a nasty responds from his wife Sheila.

Tuesday 5/5/2004 - We have not heard anything from
Showtime They owe us $340.00 and refuse to return our
calls or pay us!

Something needs to be done about this. We did work in your BJ Clubs on behal Of a company who we thought was legit. We were lied to and we believe we were scammed by a company that was looking for free labor.
