After i took part in drug use with my managers wife, i lost respect for both of them so i quit. I went home for a week and then went to work for someone honest who doesnt tolerate the drugs. I had a huge problem Richie Lamb drug testing other reps. and letting them drive a car full of 10-13 others lives, including myself, after testing positive for crack-cocaine. When Ritchie found out i went to work for someone else he lost it completely. He not only stole money from her (he had access to her account), but made up lies about her to try getting her fired. He took money from me as well, putting me on a smaller commission than agreed upon.(25%) less. When he was confronted, he started verbally abusing me, as well as my current employer. I have a phone full of evil threatening text messages. He had put money that i had earned into my moms account for my phone bill, and then took it right back out after i told him i was done with him and his crooked ways. Him and his wife April take pain killers so much, when they dont have any left, they turn into monsters. Then there is the company owner Mark Shumate who keeps Ritchie and his messed up wife around and feels comfortable with them handeling his buss. when hes not there. Mark sent text messages when my employer said she wouldnt have anything to do with their scandelous ways. Included in these texts which are all saved, was him stating he hopes she dies of lung cancer. Who says something like that? These people do not clear their orders, never have..and im sad to say that i had been a part of this scandelous company. Please beware !
