I worked for nyla for three months. In the three months i busted my a**. As a pso i did my weekly and brought in 400.00 once i got half. There was a man who came in and that is when it was over i saw her change...i got the feeling that something was up. She was acting diffrent etc. when the week was over and i had my money sent in. it was over 1000.00 for a week. She fired me. oh let me get the letter and post that as well.

I never gave notice or quiet. I called this morning 3/17/09 and talked to darcy to let her know my lawyer wants to know the reason for my termination. She said oh i was told you quit. I said no. I was fired. She said call back at 1pm and talk to nyla. I did and no one anwered my call and now i get a fast busy. I can fight this with the irs and the DOL. No one will out me my hard earn money. 2000.00 . and fire me for no reason. I will contact the irs and see if i am an employee or a independent contractor or employee in there eyes. i feel employee...if so tax time baby...you will go under..i will see that...like i always said Karma is a b**ch and seems like you have alot of it. my next spot is the visa and master card to let them know of the fraud with them that you are causeing....
