You say you were discriminated against, but you don't say how. All you say is that you were fired for "not meeting company expectations" which is not discrimination. You also say you were leaving out specifics, but then name the city and state, as well as the Group Leaders full name, which leads me to believe you are leaving out all the important facts, like why you were really fired.
Oh, and it really, REALLY angers me when you blame and ENTIRE company for ONE persons actions. I work at the Target a block away from HQ, and no one in my store would act like that. If we have problems with anyone, there is always someone to go to who will listen. If my supervisor wouldn't listen to me (which I know he would), I can name 10 other people that I know would be able to help me in some way, and be fair about it. Just because one person pissed you off doesn't mean everyone in the company sucks. If that were the case, you would be hearing lawsuits against Target the same as we hear about them for Wal-Mart.
