I have been working for TSC for 3yrs and a month . When i hired on they told me this company is a good company to move up in. After driving a truck for 10 years and five kids later . I needed stability and ins.
I was giving 110% for 2 years and 8 months when I blew out my knee at work. Six months after surgery the ins. doctor says I'm fine ,but i still can't walk without a 633 dollar brace that they said i diddn't need.
Before the injury I was on the fast track to management. Was guarenteed the assistant manager job . But now our DM and SM does not think I am cappable of being the assistant.

well it has been another month and my knee finally quit . if anybody could give my wife a job that would be great. i can't go on anymore

The store has a new manager best manager Tractor Supply Company will ever have. He has been doing all he can to help me but i'm still hurting really bad . Don't much leave the house anymore. Just kinda sitting around going crazy no fishing no nothing

Well it is now been 9 months since i got hurt. I've been off work for almost 2 months this time . I got a phone call from tsc yesterday. They are willing to buy my resignation for the great sum of 20,000. Wich is the cost of a miniscus removal. But tsc knows as well as i there is more wrong than a torn miniscus. Cause, they said if i have this surgery i will still not be able to do my job. Then they will just git rid of me. 20,000 dollars might pay for part of what i need. But if I'm not going to have a job then i want enough money to get all of my knee fixed and support my family. This part of texas is not at all job rich.
