Willdy Nutri Distributing Inflated Shipping and Handling Prices to Customers La Habra California

My wife is a former employee of Wildy Nutri. She was wrongfully terminated following her attempt to seek treatment for stress and a sore right wrist.

It was subsequently found that Willdy Nutri did not have Workers Comp. Insurance in effect with which to cover my wife's work related injuries! She was their only employee.

When she was employed by Willdy, her duties included answering phones and pulling orders for customers and processing these orders via UPS.

She did not receive any uninterrupted lunch breaks during her whole 9 month employment term.

When my wife processed UPS, the owner, Maria Galvez directed her to add as much as 29.00 onto every order for Shipping and Handling charges.
