I was solicited off of Six Figure Incomes by Allen and Associates, promising they had "un-advertised" openings with many companies. Especially the type of companies I was looking to be employed with in another state. The sales representative even listed names of "clients" they have worked with.

I never signed a contract but rather an User Agreement--sound familiar? They went to work on my resume that turned out to be so poorly written and generic it had to be re-written--at a later date.

They mailed my resume/cover letter to supposedly to 140+ companies. The only response I got when following up with these companies was that I was going all about this wrong for this industry. After checking with other people in the industry they told me the same thing. Many employers were irritated by this contact. When I shared this with the "coach" who told me had years of experience, training and certification, the only advice he could offer was "keep working the list." Are you kidding me? This is the service you provide--a mailing service? No networking, reaching out to all YOUR contacts on my behalf?

When I asked to speak to their management team I got the same response. "You got what you paid for" Are you people for real?????

When I asked for a refund of some sort they laughed! Well guess what. Myself and others will make sure people never use your bogus, SCAM, rip-off service again.
