This company has a tendency to use less than righteous business practices. The attachments speak to that somewhat. Reva, the CEO of this company, recently lost and had to buy back a contract from Aaa Rental out of Colorado Springs.

The reason for this was because she was falsifying paperwork and lying about the number of workers that were at job sites on several occasions. She then sent an invoice reflecting her lies, so basically she was "over billing", which is a federal crime. C.S.E.M. is currently being investigated by the I.R.S., the department of Labor, and the BBB in Colorado and Arizona for various reasons ranging from underpayment of employees to fraud. You may take this information and do with it what you like, however, "Let the buyer beware".

Most recently, a pregnant employee fell while at work due to negligence of the client's cleaning crew and Reva told the employee that if she filled out an incident report or filed any type of paperwork she would fire her. Then Reva offered the same employee $40 to keep quiet about the incident.
