CORA WORKS - Irene Morris Sambur - CORA, CARA Taxpayer Scam, Ponzi Scheme, Abuse & Exploitation of the Disabled Wharton, New Jersey

I worked for CORA from April 2008 to September 2009.  I worked in the sales department generating interest with private corporations for CORAs concept. 

Each time a company showed interest in hiring disabled people from CORA, Ilene sabotaged my efforts with her greed.  Instead of sending direct hires to these companies, she wanted a "piece" of each employee before releasing them from CORAs grasp. 

She wanted the companies to PAY CORA for the disabled workers - in effect using CORA as an employment agency instead of in the training/placement capacity that she claimed CORA would do, as stated to various State Boards of Rehabilitation in CORAs contractual obligation for each employee.

Each State, the Federal government (American taxpayer) paid CORA $3,500.00 for every disabled person "hired" by CORA.  CORA in turn, promised to train, mentor and place them in legitimate jobs within 90 days. 

Instead, the trainees became employees of CORA, with each new hire's taxpayer-funded "training fees" being used to pay the ongoing wages of present employees. 

CORA perpetrated a classic Ponzi scheme, effectively robbing Peter (taxpayers) to pay Paul (employees).

Ilene's house of cards was precarious from the start, and only needed a slight nudge in order to fall - and the "nudge" was in the form of decreasing number of  "training fees" due to less taxpayer funding in the steadily worsening economy.

Had Ilene offered interested private corporations the use of CORA employees at NO CHARGE as an incentive, disabled people would have had jobs as they were promised.

Instead, Ilene sacrificed those disabled employees as she jealously guarded them as "hers" to exploit for the most money and work from them as possible. 

In the end, she shot herself, CORA, and all the disabled individuals she employed in the foot because she wouldn't relenquish the CONTROL of the disabled workers to VALID, LEGITIMATE employers.

There WERE JOBS to be had - I KNOW - I HELPED TO GENERATE THEM through the companies I contacted.  However, because of Ilene's greed, she alienated those companies and in turn, helped to destroy CORAs workers and their families with her possessive and controlling nature.

Her "vision" is all smoke and mirrors and her looking glass has shattered into millions of pieces.  She shattered lives in the process and cannot admit to her own failures in the business world.

The only problem with CORA is Ilene Morris-Sambur.
