The moment I paid communication ceased to exist. Heidi advertises all over Craigslist in every state. I filed a claim with Paypal but even though I had overwhelming evidence that no service had been provided, including a posted self admission by Heidi stating that no service had been provided Paypal favored on her side since it was a "Virtual Service" which could not be proven either way.
