Kirk Leipzig with JL Kirk Associates bought the local Bernard Haldane Franchise about one year ago. Kirk worked with Bernard Haldane for many years. Haldane has a long list of consumer complaints. JL Kirk is using many of the same sales techniques that got Haldane in trouble in many states. They take advantage of job seekers who are told that they will have access to the secret world of the unadvertised job market. Save your money!
