JobFox.com Jobfox preys on vulnerable consumers seeking employment Internet, Internet

Warning to all who may be tempted to have your resume "professionally re-written" by jobfox personnel - do not waste $300 or more on these people. If you do a careful search (google or any other search engine) you will see, as I did too late, that the "critique" they supply you is the same, exact canned response they send to all consumers, regardless of what their resumes state. Unfortunately, I did not do my due diligence until after I paid to have my resume "re-written."  They promise (by e-mail and on their website) to have your professionally re-written resume to you in 48 to 72 hours from time of order - I have waited over 1 week and nothing !  I have already contacted my credit card company and disputed the charges.  My guess is that if they ever do send me anything, it will not be any better or more professional than the one they originally "critiqued."

 Do yourself a favor = go visit a professional resume writer in person - every major metropolitan city has many professional resume writers in their area whom you can check out before you hand over your money.  To me, JobFox's biggest disgrace is the "critique"  which is a canned response designed to prey on the many unemployed consumers out here (me included) by implying that their professionally re-written resume will most certainly get you that job you have been so desperate for.  Like I said, go in person to a real resume writer - not scammers like JobFox.com
