Robele-David M. Schwartz ripoff, defrauded me, breach of contract King Of Prussia Pennsylvania

I signed up with Robele Career Solutions on December 27, 2004 with Mr. Lonnie Lauer of the Morristown office.I met with my counselor, Nat Caputi, on January 3, 2005. On Monday,January 10, 2005, the day before our second meeting, Nat Caputi e-mailed me to tell that the company was going bankrupt and our meeting was off. I was told that Mr. David Schwartz, the president of the company had a nervous breakdown and that everyone in the company was told to vacate their offices.

I phoned the corporate office 4 times over the next week to no avail. I have learned that as of yesterday, March 15, 2005, there has been no bankruptcy filing for Robele. I registered a complaint with The Attorney General's Office, Bureau of Consumer Protection in February. To date they have not reached Mr. Schwartz. I have a call into that office as of yesterday and today. I have learned that he lives in Newton Square, PA subsequently. I am interested in a class action suit against Robele and Mr. Schwartz. He ripped off so many people who signed with Robele and worked for Robele!
