The Answer Group was a rewarding place or me to work. I did not know anything about computers, and today I can install my hardware, software, understand computer techniques and motherboard. I loved it at TAG. But unethical practices are very covertly displayed at TAG, and I am aware many of the managers and supervisors are having relationships with employees and many other policies are violate at TAG. Security officers are intimidating and rude. There maybe a few that would go out of their way and escort females to their car, but in doing so, it would be some crime to some females to be seen with security, because there would be further speculation that you probably are sleeping with him. That was very common and easily misinterpreted since the Call Center, was indeed, a Call Girl Center as well.
I am very surprised at TAG recouping salaries through an auxiliary method. That should be against the law because tag is a FOR PROFIT ORGANIZATION. Many of the employees working there are mostly teens out of high school who fear challenging a powerful company like TAG. I was hurt that TAG checked Yes & NO that they would reconsider rehiring me. The new employer did not expect for me to see it, but I saw it by accident. How dare them, after working me to death in that sweat shop 13 hours per day and sometimes 9 per day, and then fire me over some staged plan to my slipping in a compliance of shipping and handling. THe reason TAG is stll in business because the self esteem of those who are still slaves for TAG is below zero
-0. Tag is only using all of you right now, when they get tired of you, they will use the work at will employment policy and lie to make you feel like a loser and imply that you did something wrong. If you see them hiring too many people, and you have to play musical chairs every week, RUN>>>RUN FAST,, you will be next.. Good luck TAGOHOLICS.
